Returns and Refunds
To initiate a return, kindly send us an email including the order number, your name, and details about the issue. Upon approval of your return request, you will receive an email containing further instructions.
– We accept returns within 14 days upon purchase are made – Sale items including where discount code are used, are not eligible for return
– Refunds are only issued if the garment is faulty beyond repair or if we don’t have an available alternative size for exchange. We hold the right to either repair or replace a faulty garment. If you believe your garment is faulty, kindly send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and attach relevant photos.
– If you wish to exchange your item for a different item, any price difference will be returned to in the form of a credit note.
– Product Condition: For a successful return, the garment/s must be in their original packaging with all tags intact, and must not have been worn, damaged, or washed. Kindly include the original invoice as proof of purchase in the package. We hold the right to either charge a cleaning or administration fee, or reject the return if the garment does not meet these conditions
– The customer is responsible for covering the entire cost of returning the garment/s to us. Please ensure that you have a tracking number for your shipment. We want to inform you that Samara Natural Resort Wear cannot be held responsible or liable for any loss of garments during the return process.
