The product I want is sold out, what do I do?
If you are looking for an item that is currently out of stock, you can sign up to receive a notification when it is back in stock. Usually we only take at most 7 working days to restock our products.

How long is my order will be processed?
For standard orders, please allow 3-10 business days for processing and shipping. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.

How to change my order?
Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be changed or edited. If you need to modify an order, please contact us at samara.naturalresortwear@gmail.com immediately.

Where is the product ship from?
All our products are made and stored in Bali, Indonesia. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at samara.naturalresortwear@gmail.com

What is your return policy?
We accepts returns for full-priced items within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unworn and have all original tags and hygienic liners attached. International and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How do I return the product?
If you wish to return an item, please visit our Returns Page. Unfortunately, we do not have an exchange program. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return it and place a new order.

How will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, it may take up to 30 days to process the refund. We will send you an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

What if my package is lost?
If your package is lost, please email samara.naturalresortwear@gmail.com with your order information. Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages when it comes to returns or refunds. Lost packages will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
